During the congress, it is mandatory to wear a name badge. Participants without a name badge will not be admitted to the Congress Center under any circumstances.

Our congress is specifically designed for dermatologists and dermatology assistants; in the event of any deviation from this, participation in the congress will be immediately terminated. In such a case, all legal and penal responsibilities will be borne by the sponsoring company and the participant.

 

• The accommodation package prices mentioned above are all-inclusive, including a 2% accommodation tax and will have an additional 10% VAT. Package stays cannot be divided.
• Registration, accommodation, or sponsorship balance payments must be completed by October 25, 2025. In the event that the full payment is not completed by this date, confirmation for any registration, accommodation, booth, satellite, etc., sponsorships will not be provided, and the sponsorship will be canceled.

ADDON FEE:

In case the accommodation organization is not realized through FLAP TOUR, the daily 4.000 TL + VAT (20%) addon fee will be added to the registration amount. If the relevant amount is not paid, entrance to the congress hotel will not be possible, so we kindly request that the payment be completed before the congress.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• In the case of cancellations made until June 17, 2025, 50% of the paid accommodation fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date. Only name changes will be accepted after June 17, 2025

The above-mentioned price is per person for one-way group transfer. A 20% VAT will be added to the above-mentioned one-way transfer fee. For special transfer requests, please contact Flap Tour; additional pricing will be applied accordingly.
